In the very first screen appearance of the team, in 1943's serial BATMAN, Lewis Wilson played Batman and Douglas Croft played a young Robin.
Here's how Batman and Robin appeared in a 1945 issue of DETECTIVE COMICS.
In Batman's second serial adventures BATMAN AND ROBIN, in 1949, Robert Lowery took over as theCaped crime fighter and John Duncan as the Boy Wonder.
Still square jawed in the 1958 comics.

Batman and Robin in the 1973 Saturday morning cartoon series SUPER FRIENDS. The series ran in with various titles from 1973 thru 1983. During this time Olan Soule provided Batman's voice and Casey Kasem did Robin's vocals. In 1983, Adam West took over the voicing honors.
Batman and Robin battled the Joker in this children's book and record set from 1975.
In Filmation's 1977 cartoon series THE NEW ADVENTURES OF BATMAN, the sixties TV Dynamic Duo returned: Adam West and Burt Ward.
By 1984, in the comics story line, Dick Grayson had outgrown Robin and become Nightwing. A new Robin, named Jason Todd, was introduced and eventually murdered by The Joker. A third Robin, named Tim Drake, would eventually fill the Boy Wonder's shoes nicely.
For the 90's TV cartoon BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES, Dick Grayson was Robin once again. At least for the first few seasons, before graduating to Nightwing. Batman was played by Kevin Conroy and Robin by Loren Lester.
On TV's THE BATMAN ADVENTURES (as well as in the GOTHAM ADVENTURES comics), Batman (Kevin Conroy) still worked with Nightwing (Loren Lester) from time to time, but was mostly assisted by Batgirl (Tara Charendoff) and the new Robin Tim Drake (Mathew Valencia).
In the 1997 feature film BATMAN AND ROBIN, the torch was passed to George Clooney (as Batman) and Chris O'Donnell (as Robin).
Together again! Well, at least for this 1999 comic book story: Batman and Nightwing.
