The Seinfeld / Superman Connection

For years a rumor has persisted and an Urban Legend has developed that a Superman reference has existed in every episode of the classic TV comedy SEINFELD. While comedian Jerry Seinfeld is a staunch Superman fan, this "legend" has spun out of control. There is nowhere near a Superman reference in every episode. Below are the beginnings of my research. I will include only direct Superman references. I will not include "reaches" such as the color of Jerry’s clothing, accidental casting of pre-Lois Teri Hatcher as Sidra in The Implant, or references to other Super Heroes.
